D.U.I. DEFENSE

DON'T LET A DUI TAKE AWAY YOUR FREEDOM

Attorney DeJohn has handled hundreds of Driving Under the Influence (DUI) cases within the past 22 years.  You absolutely need an attorney if you have been charged with a DUI.  You can go to jail, be assessed huge fines, and lose your driver's license.  Do not make the mistake of going into court alone!  There are deadlines for discovery and suppression that must be met.  A skilled DUI attorney, with knowledge or current Pennsylvania caselaw, is essential!

You should never plea out your case, or take the Commonwealth's first offer, without first speaking to a competent DUI lawyer.  CALL IMMEDIATELY if you or a loved one has been charged with a DUI.

Even seemingly minor traffic offenses can have disastrous consequences with mandatory minimum jail sentences (90 days, 6 months, 2 years), mandatory fines of $1,000 or more, and the potential loss of your driver's license.  Call for a free consultation of your case.

A.R.D. EXPUNGEMENTS

If you initially entered into the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (A.R.D.) program prior to January 1, 2008, your case is NOT automatically expunged even if you successfully completed the program.  Attorney DeJohn can help you make sure that your record is free and clear of any past criminal charges.

APPEALS

THE LAST LINE OF DEFENSE

FAMILY LAW

CUSTODY, I.V.T.'s, DIVORCE

If either the Commonwealth or a private party is attempting to terminate your parental rights by way of an I.V.T. hearing (Involuntary Termination of Parental Rights), Attorney DeJohn can help!  CALL TODAY if you have any questions about your rights as a parent.

Divorce is never easy.  It's even harder when children are involved.  Attorney DeJohn can help ease the initial sting and painful feelings that typically accompany a divorce by advising you of all of your options and helping you to make informed decisions about your life.  Call today for a free consultation.

WHEN LIBERTY AND CUSTODY ARE AT STAKE

Whether you are a plaintiff or defendant in a Protection From Abuse or Indirect Criminal Contempt action.  Attorney DeJohn will zealously represent your position.

Consenting to a P.F.A. can have vast ramifications and can impact your child custody rights as well.  I.C.C. violations can carry up to 6 months of incarceration.  If you have been served with a temporary Protection from Abuse Order or Indirect Criminal Contempt violation, contact Attorney DeJohn immediately!  These hearings are scheduled quite quickly and your counsel needs to time to adequately prepare.

If you need legal representation with the preparation and filing of a P.F.A, call Attorney DeJohn today.  He will consult with you, discuss all of your options, and assist you in the preparation and filing of any necessary documents.  He will represent you in court before the Judge at all proceedings.

JUVENILE COURT

YOUTHFUL MISTAKES CAN LAST A LIFETIME

Juvenile Court is different from the Adult Division of the Criminal Justice System.  Its aim is toward rehabilitation over punishment.  Still, your son or daughter may be subject to a detention hearing, fines, probation, or even placement in a detention facility for an extended period of time.  Felony offenses and some misdemeanors committed as a juvenile are NOT "sealed" despite what many believe.  Competent counsel is needed at all stages of the Juvenile Court process!

Attorney DeJohn was one of the leading Juvenile Defense Attorneys for Crawford County, representing approximately 90% of all juveniles charged with crimes in Crawford County, Pennsylvania between 2002 and 2006.  He has continued to represent juveniles over the past decade. CALL TODAY if your son or daughter has been charged with a crime ("Allegation of Delinquency").
